Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain and grow client base.
  • Expand services practice with a new branch.
  • Lead and bst financial services compuild a financial consultants team.
  • Train and educate financial consultants in field meetings.
  • Provide knowledgeable, objective financial guidance and customized strategies to consumer segments that demand high quality service.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Balance portfolio management, sales activities, client follow-up, new client development, and compliance, to both a day-to-day and longer-term plan.
  • Plan and manage resources (time, people, budget) for a productive practice.
  • Recruit, retain and motivate marketing talents to ensure best service and performance.
  • Participate in the consultants interview process; Work with HR to source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the orientation and training process.

Qualifications
  • 3-10 years in sales/marketing, customer service, financial industry, specifically broker/dealer.
  • Certificate: FINRA S6, S63, Insurance license, CFP etc.
  • Fluent in a second language e.g. Chinese, Cantonese, or Spanish.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Working knowledge of cutting-edge financial products and service.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage monthly production goal and meet deadline

Responsibilities
  • Must complete required financial training and licensing within 30 days
  • Build relationship with prospective clients
  • Master effective referral methods within 60 daysProvide information/education to clients about the purpose and details of financial products, services and strategies.
  • Assess client’s’ financial situation by gathering information regarding investments, asset allocation, savings, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning; evaluating risk tolerance and insurance needs.
  • Prepare financial plan matching client’s goals
  • Build, grow and maintain client base
  • Contact clients periodically to identify changes in status and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Serve current clients and earn referrals; meet prospects at community functions; respond to inquiries; present financial planning seminars
Qualifications
  • 1-5 year experience in customer service, sales/marketing, financial industry (Internships over 1 month may be partially counted with 33% cofactor).
  • Authorized to work in US.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good knowledge of financial products and service.
